• 30-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• We accept exchanges and refunds — your call
• Prefer store credit? We offer that too
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@ofazalwayz.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
